Baseball: The Colorado Rockies in the season just past, 2021, the Rockies won 74 and lost 87. They were last in the World Series in 2007 and lost 4 straight games.
Basket Ball: The Denver Nuggets in the current season, 2021-22 are now 9 wins and 10 losses. As of this writing they have lost six in a row. In the 2021-22 playoffs they won the first two rounds and lost in the third round, They lost to Lakers 4 games to 1 in spite of the Nuggets having the Most Valuable Player in the NBA.
Football: Denver Broncos: In 2020 they were 5-11, and as of this writing they have won 5 and lost 5 in 2021. If they win one more, they will have improved their record.
Hockey: The Colorado Avalanche of 2020-21, in the regular season they won 39, lost 13, and had 4 draws. They lost in the second round of the playoffs. In spite of winning the first two games 2-0, they managed to lose the deciding four games in a row. The results of the current season remain to be seen.
Soccer: Denver Rapids, gave us the last shred of pride by winning the division (whoopie) and then losing the first round of the sudden death playoffs in the 90th minute of a 90 minute game 1-0. Our last hope.
