Our Colorado Trip
After visiting Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado, (where they wanted a copy of Murder in the Rockies in the University library) we drove past Sand Dunes National Park. The sand dunes there are reported to be the highest sand dunes in the nation. People sandboard (surfboard on sand) down them.The dunes cover over 44,000 acres. Seeing them made me think there are other fun facts about Colorado that would be of interest to blog readers.
